NEW STUDENTS
Are you brand new to Academy Dance Center?
We need you to complete the required fields on the New Student Registration Form so that you can build your Parent Portal Account.
After you submit your New Student Registration form:
1. Your Parent Portal account is now active. Please follow the directions to set up your password.
2. When previously filling out the Registration Form, be sure to indicate which Class Styles your student is interested in & we will provide you with class schedule options.
3. In your Parent Portal you can view your student(s) class schedule, account balance, update your payment method, and make online payments.

RETURNING STUDENTS
Already been dancing with us?
Please read the categories below
to determine which letter (A or B) represents your returning status & follow the corresponding directions to enroll.
A. I already have an Academy JackRabbit Account and/or my dancer has been a registered student since August 2020. CLICK HERE for directions
B. My dancer is a previous Academy student, but it has been more than a year since they were enrolled or registered. - CLICK HERE for directions
STEPS to REGISTER:
A.
The information on file in your JackRabbit Account Portal is your starting point for registration.
1. Please login and review all sections to ensure your contact and payment information are correct.
➜Don't Forget to Update your Student's Grade Level & School (if applicable).
2. Then Click in the Top Right-Hand corner to access
the 'Menu' Display Panel. Toward the bottom right of the Page, look for the 'Contact Us' heading.
3. Click the 'Contact Us' Link and send us a message listing
the classes or styles you are registering your student for.
4. After we receive your message, we will check & confirm any time options [if applicable] & then enroll your student
in their selected classes.
IMPORTANT
►The above process applies to dancers in the Primary 2 Levels & above. Returning Mini Motions, Pre-Ballet/Tap, or Primary 1-2 Returning Students may fully register through the portal & select their specific classes.
►Returning Competition & Senior dancers will receive a
notification by email when their schedules are added to their JackRabbit Accounts. The Office should be notified of any class changes or adjustments.
►If there are any classes listed on your schedule that your student is NOT TAKING, please use Contact Us on your Parent Portal to notify us of any schedule changes. We will update your account and the system will notify you. (This only applies for the first 2 weeks after Registration/1st Day of Classes. Any changes after this date will require a Class Drop/Add Form)

B.
Returning students who were enrolled or previously registered before August of 2020 need to begin the registration process by filling out a new registration form and setting up their JackRabbit Account.
