EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If there are any errors with your personalized trophy, please call (706) 561-8085 to set up a time to drop off the trophy at the studio. Any issues will be corrected and we will contact you for pick-up. No Returns on trophies once they have been ordered.
PICK-UP
Souvenir Trophies ordered and paid through the website by Friday, May 10 at 11:59pm will be available for pick-up at the RiverCenter in the front lobby on both rehearsal days - May 16 (Thur) & May 17 (Fri).
Orders will continue to be taken through the performance weekend. Any trophy orders placed after May 10, will be available at the Academy studio during designated office hours for pick-up.
