We will continue to offer Digital USB Flash Drives of each show date. This high quality option guarantees even more High Definition (HD) clarity than a DVD and is a great choice for those wanting more versatility. Each order will include a custom clamshell case with a USB Flash Drive inserted into a pocket on the inside. After the completion of recording at the RiverCenter, Columbus Tape & Video will edit the production together for a full comprehensive show & all digital files placed on the Flash Drive.

Due to the amount of footage that has to be meticulously edited, Production Flash Drives & DVDs take several weeks to process. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
The outstanding quality & attention to details of our Production recordings make them well worth the wait!
PICK-UP: Once completed Flash Drives have arrived at the Academy, we will email the Account on file & will also provide the option to text you. Information will also be given concerning days & times the Academy will be open for pick-up.
*Please note, processing can take up to (approx.) 7-8 weeks after the performance weekend for Flash Drives & DVDs to be completed.
RETURNS: Unless defective, No Returns on USB Flash Drives once they have been ordered. In the unlikely event there is an error with your USB Flash Drive, please contact the Academy (706) 561-8085.
