The May production is professionally recorded in High Definition (HD) digital video by Columbus Tape & Video. We will continue to offer both DVDs & Digital USB Flash Drives of each May show date. Each order will include a custom clamshell case along with the DVD &/or USB Flashdrive.
After the completion of recording at the RiverCenter, Columbus Tape & Video will edit the production together for a full comprehensive show recording.

Due to the amount of footage that has to be meticulously edited, Production DVDs/USBs take several weeks to process. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
The outstanding quality & attention to details of our Production recordings make them well worth the wait!
PICK-UP: Once completed & DVDs/USBs have arrived at the Academy, we will email the Account on file & will also provide the option to text you. Information will also be given concerning days & times the Academy will be open for pick-up.
*Please note, processing can take up to (approx.) 7-8 weeks after the performance weekend for recordings to be completed.
RETURNS: Unless defective, No Returns on DVDs/USBs once they have been ordered. In the unlikely event there is an error with your DVD/USB, please contact the Academy (706) 561-8085.
