With technology continuing to evolve, so has the requests for adding variations to our digital recordings. For this year's holiday production, we will be offering Digital Recording Downloads and Digital USB Flash Drives. Both the Saturday and Sunday shows will be recorded and available in either format.
Digital Recording Downloads - the Holiday Production will be uploaded to the Academy's Dropbox account and then sent to each recipient by email as a link to access. This format will allow you to stream the production on your computer or other personal devices.
Digital USB Flashdrives - The Holiday Production will be uploaded to a USB Flashdrive and recipients will be notified by email when to pick up. Flashdrives are a great option for those wanting to upload the production to their personal computer or view the production from other devices.
After the completion of recording at Rainey-McCullers, the file recordings will be edited together for a full comprehensive show

PICK-UP & RETURN Policy - Please Read
Due to the amount of footage that has to be meticulously edited, Production Flash Drives & Digital Recording Links take several weeks to process. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
PICK-UP: Once completed Flash Drives have arrived at the Academy, we will email the Account on file & will also provide the option to text you. Information will also be given concerning days & times the Academy Office is open for pick-up.
*Please note, processing can take up to (approx.) 6-7 weeks after the performance weekend for Flash Drives & Digital Recordings to be completed.
RETURNS: Unless defective, No Returns on USB Flash Drives once they have been ordered. No Returns on digital production recording links. In the unlikely event there is an error with your USB Flash Drive, please contact the Academy (706) 561-8085.
