EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If there are any errors with your personalized trophy, please call (706) 561-8085 to set up a time to drop off the trophy at the studio. Any issues will be corrected and we will contact you for pick-up. No Returns on trophies once they have been ordered.
PICK-UP
Souvenir Trophies ordered and paid through the website by Friday, May 2 at 11:59pm will be available for pick-up at the RiverCenter in the front lobby on both rehearsal days - May 15 (Thur) & May 16 (Fri).
Orders will continue to be taken through the performance weekend. Any trophy orders placed after May 2, will be available at the Academy studio during designated office hours after the production weekend for pick-up.
